About

Rapid change is the norm, but with the right approach, we can harness it, ride the wave, and do great work without burning out.

That’s what Method Sans Madness means: bringing proven, flexible ways of working into the product and UX process so teams can adapt quickly, learn fast, and build momentum, all while holding onto the goals and standards our craft values. It’s about harnessing change as an advantage instead of a disruption.

I’ve been in the UX field for over 30 years, working everywhere from scrappy start-ups to consulting firms to Fortune 500 companies. I’ve helped teams adopt new ways of working, introduced UX as a discipline in organizations where it didn’t exist before, and built and grown UX teams that deliver lasting impact. My work goes beyond the UX team. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to improve how they collaborate, make decisions, and deliver results. Today, I use that experience to help teams align, reduce risk, and accelerate impact through facilitation, coaching, and training. My workshops are practical, energizing, and designed to make even the toughest conversations feel safe, productive, and even fun.

Whether I’m guiding a team through a high-stakes strategy session or teaching at my dojo, Kaizen Karate & Martial Arts in Belmont, MA, my goal is the same: help people grow, connect, and get great results without the drama.
