Helping Individuals & Teams Turn Great Work into Real Impact

You’re thoughtful, skilled, and committed to doing good work.
But in most organizations, that’s not enough.

The biggest challenge isn’t the work itself.
It’s the wrangling, the timing, the selling, and the politics.

Impact Coaching is 1:1 support for digital professionals who want to:
  • Communicate their ideas with clarity and confidence
  • Navigate complex org dynamics without losing their voice
  • Influence decisions, even without formal authority
  • Make sure their work doesn’t just get noticed, but acted on
This isn’t about learning how to be louder.
It’s about being more strategic, more effective, and more ‘you’ in rooms where it matters.

Shouting into the void (or on LinkedIn) isn’t a strategy.
Shaping the message and the moment? That’s where the real impact happens.

How Does it work?

Step 1: Find the Fit

Two hands clasped

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to get to know each other, clarify what you’re looking for, and make sure coaching is a good fit.

This is just a chance to:

  • Get to know each other a bit

  • Talk through what’s been on your mind

  • Explore how coaching might support you

  • Ask any questions you have about how it works

You might come in with a clear goal or just a vague feeling that something needs to shift. Either is fine.

By the end of the call, we’ll both have a better sense of whether this feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll make a plan to start. If not, no hard feelings and no pressure. I might even refer you to someone I think would be a better partner for you.

You deserve support that fits your needs, your pace, and your style. Let’s find out if this could be it.

Step 2: Define Your Focus

Once we kick off, we’ll align on the key themes you want to work on. That might include:
• Navigating tricky org dynamics
• Communicating ideas with more impact
• Gaining influence without a formal leadership title
• Prioritizing and protecting your time and energy
• Feeling more confident and less reactive

You don’t need to come in with a plan. We’ll shape it together based on what’s most important to you.

Want to build specific skills? We can do that too.

Depending on your goals, we might focus on working better with cross-functional teams, leadership (even if you’re not a manager), running more engaging, inclusive, and productive meetings, presenting with clarity & confidence, making better decisions, strategic thinking, UX or product skills, etc.

Whether you’re leveling up in your role, stepping into new responsibilities, or just trying to feel less overwhelmed, we’ll tailor the coaching to meet you where you are—and stretch you where you want to grow.

Step 3: Grow Your Impact

We’ll typically meet every week for 60–90 minute online sessions.
Longer sessions are encouraged—there’s no difference in cost—because they give us more space to go deep, explore nuances, and build real momentum.

Each session balances two things:
• Your long-term goals and ongoing growth
• Whatever’s most pressing in the moment

It’s your time, and I’m here to support you in whatever way is most helpful, whether that’s untangling a tough conversation, prepping for a big presentation, or staying grounded in the bigger picture.

Over time, you’ll build the mindset, strategies, and confidence to navigate complexity with more clarity and effectiveness, without burning out.

A Safe Space for Dealing with Real Sh*t

What we talk about stays between us. Always.

Coaching is most effective when you can speak freely about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s keeping you up at night. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, protect your image, or sugarcoat your experience.

Everything you share in our sessions is 100% confidential.
That means you can bring the things you may not feel safe discussing with your manager, your team, or even your peers.

Whether you’re:
• Navigating a tough relationship with a stakeholder
• Feeling stuck or undervalued
• Questioning your role, your impact, or your future
• Just needing a space to think out loud without judgment

I’m here to listen, support, and help you find clarity.

This space is yours.

Team Coaching: Individual Growth, Shared Momentum

Coaching isn’t just for individuals. It’s a powerful way to strengthen your team.

Team coaching combines the depth of 1:1 work with the alignment and momentum of a shared experience. Each team member receives private, confidential support—just like in individual coaching—but with an added layer of intentional development around what the team needs most.

What’s included:

  • 1:1 coaching for each team member, tailored to their goals, challenges, and growth areas
  • Alignment with the team leader to identify focus areas, like communication, ownership, cross-functional collaboration, or decision-making
  • Optional group sessions to build shared skills and reinforce learning in the community

Still safe. Still confidential.

Every individual conversation remains private and protected. This creates the psychological safety needed for people to reflect honestly, take risks, and grow—without worrying about how it will be perceived by their peers or leadership.

What happens when a whole team is being coached?

  • People show up more self-aware, grounded, and prepared
  • Team dynamics improve because individuals are better at navigating conflict, ambiguity, and feedback
  • Collaboration becomes more intentional, and communication gets clearer
  • Leaders don’t carry it all alone. Everyone is growing in the same direction

In short: your team gets stronger, faster.

Let’s explore whether coaching is the right fit—for you, your team, or both.
